1. What Hyped is
Hyped is a permissionless token launchpad deployed on HyperEVM (chain 999). The protocol consists of immutable smart contracts: a factory, per-token bonding curves, and a migration path to a decentralized exchange. The website at hyped.meme is one interface to those contracts; anyone can interact with them directly without this interface.
2. No custody
Hyped never holds your funds. Trades settle directly between your wallet and the on-chain contracts. You keep control of your keys at all times, and you alone are responsible for securing them. If you lose access to your wallet, nobody — including us — can recover it.
3. Fees
The protocol charges a fixed 1.5% fee on every trade, both on the bonding curve and on post-migration swaps routed through the interface. This fee is hard-coded in the contracts and cannot be changed without redeploying them. There are no hidden or additional interface fees.
4. Permissionless content
Anyone can launch a token. Tokens, names, tickers and images are created by users, not by Hyped, and their appearance on the interface is not an endorsement, listing decision, or statement of quality. We may hide content from the interface that is illegal or abusive, but we cannot remove tokens from the blockchain.
5. No advice, no offer
Nothing on this interface is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy any asset. Tokens launched here are typically memecoins with no intrinsic value, no issuer promises, and no expectation of profit from the efforts of others. Do your own research.
6. Eligibility and compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the protocol is lawful in your jurisdiction. Do not use the interface if the laws applicable to you prohibit trading in crypto-assets. We do not target any specific jurisdiction and make no representation that the interface is appropriate for use in any particular location.
7. As is, no warranty
The interface and the contracts are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. Smart contracts can contain bugs, chains can halt or reorganize, and interfaces can go offline. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for losses arising from your use of the protocol.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The protocol contracts themselves are immutable; only the interface and these terms can change. Continued use of the interface after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
