1. The short version
Hyped is an interface to public smart contracts. We do not run analytics, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell data. Most of what you do here happens on a public blockchain, which we neither control nor can erase.
2. On-chain data is public
Every launch, buy, sell and migration is recorded on HyperEVM and is permanently visible to anyone. Your wallet address and full transaction history are public by the nature of the chain. Do not use the protocol if you are not comfortable with that visibility.
3. What the interface processes
To render the app, our servers and indexer read public blockchain data and serve it to your browser. Standard technical data (IP address, request logs) is processed transiently to operate the service and protect it from abuse, and is not used for tracking. We run no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
4. Wallets and authentication
Sign-in and wallet management are provided by Privy, a third-party service. When you authenticate, Privy processes the identifiers involved (such as a social account or wallet address) under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your private keys or passwords.
5. Content you upload
Token images and metadata you attach to a launch are stored on IPFS, a public, content-addressed network. IPFS content is replicated by independent nodes and is effectively permanent — assume anything you upload cannot be deleted. Do not upload personal or sensitive material.
6. Cookies and local storage
The interface uses only the storage strictly necessary to function — session state from the authentication provider and local UI preferences. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Your choices
You can use the protocol without this interface at all by calling the contracts directly. You can disconnect your wallet at any time, and you can ask Privy to delete your authentication account under its own procedures. We cannot alter or delete on-chain or IPFS data for anyone.
